About Me

I was born and raised in San Diego California.  I went to BYU where I got my bachelor's degree in Physics Teaching.  I taught math for 3 years before I met my husband, who is also a math teacher.  We ended up in Rochester NY, and we love it here...well, all except for the high taxes.  I've homeschooled my kids in the past and plan to homeschool them in the future.  I give my kids the choice each year.  Currently all my school age children are attending public schools.

The one thing that I really care about is being a Mormon.  I love being a Mormon, and highly recommend the Mormon church to everyone.  It's great for teaching values and raising children.  I've been a Mormon my whole life.  In fact, when I was 22 I was a missionary for the church in the Philippines, where I learned to speak Tagalog.  (Ingat kayo lahat!)

I would love to move to an island in the Pacific and teach math with my husband.  But, I'll do whatever the Lord wants me to do!
